Ok, on to the property. We rented here long term. The neighborhood is as peaceful and tranquil as you can get. We saw monkeys off the rooftop patio the second day we were here. The neighborhood is only partially completed so overall the homes were few and far between which only added to the ambience. The pool is located in a jungle atmosphere and only a 2 min walk. We spent a lot of time at the pool. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals with pots/pans/etc. Internet was good. Washer/dryer (single unit) worked well. We appreciated being able to do our own laundry without having to take them to a lavanderia. As an extra note - it would be beneficial to have a car here. You could get by with only using taxis but I feel it would become cumbersome. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again!

We spent 7 nights and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. We are looking forward to returning to Mireya's place.

We loved walking around the community in the evening with our 2 little boys and absoluty loved seeing the monkeys in the tree tops. The community pool is great because there is one side that is shallow for little ones and a deeper side for adults or older children. I 100% recommend booking this house. Mireya was very easy to reach and quick to respond. I definitely recommend her place, and I would stay here again! The neighborhood is sooo quiet. We only saw one person during our stay there.
