This is a great place to stay -- especially in COVID-19 times -- since the community is very safe and has easy access to everything you need. In general, the community is very quiet, but the only neighbor within sight is currently doing construction across the road.
We had some minor issues when we arrived and Mireya and her family addressed them immediately - I was really pleased with her rapid communication and regular check-ins. She was even accommodating enough to bring us a vacuum cleaner and mini-oven, as well as fumigate the place in an eco-friendly manner to accommodate us given our long-term stay.
If you intend to make this a working holiday, I would recommend having a backup internet source (even just the ability to hotspot yourself) as we struggled to both be on work-related Zoom/video calls at the same time. The internet also cut out randomly a few times - usually during serious storms. This was not a serious issue as I had the ability to hotspot myself from my phone, but I would say that (Hidden by Airbnb) Fi or a local provider's sim card is essential if you intend to work from home.
