FYI if you drive the local drivers are pretty fast so not good for the slowpokes or shy drivers ( stressful-take the van, it’s easy and comes often).
The house is a block walk to the pool and beautiful. All in all this was a nice place to stay and very reasonably priced.

We loved walking around the community in the evening with our 2 little boys and absoluty loved seeing the monkeys in the tree tops. The community pool is great because there is one side that is shallow for little ones and a deeper side for adults or older children. I 100% recommend booking this house. Mireya gave have us a number of a lovely cab driver who was there within 10 minutes every time we messaged them, so easy. There is a overpass nearby to get you to La colonia side which has some cheap eats and easy to walk around and find markers and icecream etc, no beach but local vibe which is great. Ok, on to the property. We rented here long term. The neighborhood is as peaceful and tranquil as you can get. We saw monkeys off the rooftop patio the second day we were here. The neighborhood is only partially completed so overall the homes were few and far between which only added to the ambience. The pool is located in a jungle atmosphere and only a 2 min walk. We spent a lot of time at the pool. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals with pots/pans/etc. Internet was good. Washer/dryer (single unit) worked well. We appreciated being able to do our own laundry without having to take them to a lavanderia. As an extra note - it would be beneficial to have a car here. You could get by with only using taxis but I feel it would become cumbersome. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again!

The super chedauri grocery is close and some amazing restaurants too. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed it. Family of five with three teenagers. It was nice for everyone to have their own rooms.

It is the perfect spot to be close to the airport while avoiding Cancun.
