It is the perfect spot to be close to the airport while avoiding Cancun. Ok, on to the property. We rented here long term. The neighborhood is as peaceful and tranquil as you can get. We saw monkeys off the rooftop patio the second day we were here. The neighborhood is only partially completed so overall the homes were few and far between which only added to the ambience. The pool is located in a jungle atmosphere and only a 2 min walk. We spent a lot of time at the pool. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals with pots/pans/etc. Internet was good. Washer/dryer (single unit) worked well. We appreciated being able to do our own laundry without having to take them to a lavanderia. As an extra note - it would be beneficial to have a car here. You could get by with only using taxis but I feel it would become cumbersome. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again!

Vous y trouverez de bons restaurants en bord de plage. les centres commerciaux les plus proches sont quant à eux à 2 minutes de la résidence. Parfait pour séjourner en couple ou en famille et profiter des nombreuses activités de la région.

The washer/ dryer machine was a little bit difficult to use, but it works if you need it. The location is 20 mins away from the airport and in a well secure area. My family and I felt safe the whole time we were here. Since we arrived the day after the hurricane, there were trees and debris all around. However, it didn't stop is from seeing the monkeys and birds that likes to hang out in the area. I would stay here again.
